Last June 14, 2017, I was blessed to be invited in a Bloggers Night hosted by a good cafe in Taguig City. It was a fun-filled night; laughters and fruitful talk with my co-bloggers plus great set of foods.
I am talking about a cafe named Kape Brew which is strategically located at Tres Palmas, 154 Levi B. Mariano Avenue, Ususan, Taguig City. It was founded by Ms. Michele Marcelino, a foodie who was raised in family inclined with doing business.
Serving cakes, pastries, frappuccinos, alongside with rice meals for almost a year now, Kape Brew has been taking steps to go beyond market satisfaction.
Aside from strategical location, the aesthetics of the interior of Kape Brew sets it apart from other existing coffee shops in the Metro. With its simplicity, it will surely capture everyone’s heart.
The interior design is very minimalistic that it gives a clean and subtle vibes to customers.
Kape Brew is a perfect place to chill with your friends, study your lessons, read books and set business meetings. The interior fits all ages and really serves pure comfort.
During the Bloggers Night, they served us some of their best-sellers. From pasta to frappes to pastries.
Let’s take quick glances of their best sellers:
What I am holding in this photo is their version of Matcha Frappuccino. It is one of the newest addition to their menu. It has a legit taste of Matcha green tea plus bits of Matcha KitKat. Overload!!
As a pasta lover, Lasagna is one of my favorites. Kape Brew’s Beef Lasagna is a sort of perfection. The serving is so generous that it has lots of beef on it. The pasta itself is not overcooked. On top of that, it has savory melted cheese that makes it sticky and firm.
This is their Spicy Tuna Croissant. It has a right balance of spice and the tuna chunks are firm. It has slices of apple that wrapped it with a bit of sweetness.
What makes their Oreo Cheesecake outstanding is its base cake. It has a melt in your mouth feeling plus they are using real oreo (trademark) for their main ingredient.. It is one of my favorites!
Kape Brew opens 10am and serves until 12am from Sundays to Thursdays and 10am to 10pm during Fridays and Saturdays.
